Love is something that can not be shown in words instead it shows in one's actions. 

Everyone deserves to be in a healthy & loving relationship with the right person by their side, a healthy relationship is completely attainable. 

There is a huge difference if we trying to understand what is the difference between a healthy & unhealthy relationship. If we have a healthy relationship then we feel good & brings our life with happiness whereas on the other side if we have unhealthy relationships, we often don't feel great & usually stay unhappy.

So let's discuss what actually matters in a healthy relationship & what it's all about.

1. Communication

Good communication plays an important role in having a healthy relationship. With the starting of the new relation, it becomes very important to have a talk about what you both want & expect from each other. 

2. Respect

If it's all about true love, then respect matters a lot. Listening to your partner & trying to understand their perspective instead of just waiting to speak is the key way to show respect in your relationship.

3. Boundaries

In a healthy relationship, there is always a boundary on what makes us feel good, comfortable & safe. If we are in a healthy relationship, then we should feel 100% comfortable communicating those boundaries & know they will be respected. 

4. Trust

All of the aspects which we have discussed till now, this is the big one. All healthy relationships require mutual & unguarded trust between partners. Trust is everything in a healthy relationship that decides who the relation will go in the preceding time.

5. Support

The root of any healthy relationship depends on how the one partner supports the other in every situation whether it's sticking up for you when someone says something mean about you or always be there by your side for the moment when you can rely on, in a healthy relationship you and your partner will support each other and treat each other as equals.
